ANNA RYKOWSKA-GRZYWNA from Poland
We have been at Cyprus again! For the third consecutive year we have visited the Island of Aphrodite to see old friends, to meet new people and to make new friends.
We feel that Cyprus, for us, have become a power place where we want to go for contemplation, meditation and recreation. We took part in the Tourist Class during two weeks, week 43 and 44.
To sit together with people of the same belief and meditate is just unbelievable. The power we receive during our meditation is fantastic. Because of the relaxed atmosphere we have the possibility to receive power and strength in our own pace.
Our thanks to Conny for the contribution he make to our world. Together we pull down all the negative walls that exist in the world. Together we take part in the process to be healed to our body and soul. When we are together with people with the same belief we make a contribution for each other and for the world. To meet and practice the art of the Vedic Mantra Meditation is wonderful. Then miracle will occur!
At spiritual practice positive bundles of energies are born which are spread like circles at the water. These circles will wake up other seeking souls to wonder why we are here and what is our duty in this world.
Meditation gives power and strength!
A visit to Cyprus is also a possibility to see places of great historical interest. The history of Cyprus go back thousand of years and you can see remains of a number of cultures. You can actually feel the wing stroke of ancient cultures.
We stayed this year, as well as two years ago, at TopSet Hotel, a family hotel some kilometre west of Girne (Kyrenia). The hotel is very quiet and pleasant, and at this time of the year the number of other guests are very few. We will take the opportunity to recommend the hotel for everybody who is going to visit Northern Cyprus.
We can, we are - UNITY!
See you all at Cyprus - the Island of Aphrodite - next year!
With love from Marie and Jan (Sweden)
I
was deeply inspired during the days at Cypress with you Conny and the group that came together in a Master Class meeting. The place the atmosphere and the different presentations by the participants was an answer to my heartcall of how to meet with people. And to share myself in such a group is of deep importance for my own spiritual growth. Adding also the opportunity we had to listen to some extraordinary spiritual inspiring teachers living at Cypress, and to become familiar with the fantastic spiritual potential of Cypress made the week one of the best in my life.
My most humble thanks to you Conny for connecting to our old and deep friendship by your invitation and that you included "my man". Unfortunately we could only stay for one week, but it was for our individual lives and our life together not a matter of time but depth and quality of spiritual companionship. I feel deeply honored and blessed by Grace to be part of such an event, and in my heart these days stays as nutrition to the every coming day.
Much love

Meeting for the Masters' Class in Cypress was truly inspiring and
an excellent example of how to spend a meaningful holiday. We were
a group of teachers from several different countries, each bringing
to the class an area of acquired knowledge and experience. The subjects
were really quite diversified, which was both challenging and stimulating.
Each teacher gave me a new experience and another direction from which to
approach my own personal development and healing process.
And yet we all seemed to belong to the same spiritual family so to speak,
since it was easy to build a strong sense of togetherness in the group.
Conny spoke about the seven different states of consciousness and also did some
trance channeling of Vyaasa, "the first Rishi, or Seer". That, for sure
was an extra bonus at the seminar.
The island itself was beautiful, with a dramatic combination of ocean shore
and high mountains whatever way your head turned. The food was delicious.
I taught two subjects: "Establishing Contact with your Spirit Guide or
Power Animal by means of a Shaman Drumming Journey", and "Dream Interpretation
for Spiritual Guidance". We did experience som "growing pains" in terms
of what method of communication we should use in the circle, so next year
I hope to teach Group Dynamics and Co-counseling. It was wonderful to work
with a gathering of people who were so experienced and open at the same time.
I really look forward to the next event of this kind that Conny organises!

In my view it is essential for humans to have basic knowledge of the chemical and physical conditions for life on earth and the development of life processes, i.e. evolution. Without this knowledge superstition and unrealistic views may help to pave the way for ideologies and policies that will serve for escapism, waste of resources, and religious fanatism, in the end creating unnecessary suffering.
We do have eminent tools for a better life on earth and we have reached a level where we could discuss our perception, motivations, dependencies and religious beliefs from both biological, medical and philosophical angles apart from subjective experiences. In such discussions "I don't know" will be a frequent expression. Thus, we are likely to identify important questions to think about.
I will do my best to contribute with my knowledge in natural sciences, and training as a scientist (genetics) for more than 30 years.

I am most grateful for what I have experienced and learned in my two weeks at Conny's meditation group. I feel a deep change within after this yourney. Conny contributes with all his knowledge, his magic and his whole person, which this year has become two, since Vyassa has taken place in Conny's body. Very exciting!
There was an interesting mix of teachers and lecturers. Ania is still going strong with her yoga. It was a pleasure to see and talk to the fantastic Irena Rutenberg. Her workshop Radical Forgiveness is very strong. Viola Edwards and Helen Jidds were two coulorful lecturers.
I am glad I met so many nice participants from Germany, Sweden, Poland and Cyprus.
I am also glad that we were back at Top Set Hotel. It is not too big, it is familiar and very kind. The rooms are fantastic! The situation of the hotel is perfect; near to the village, dolmuses to both Girne and to the countryside.
Every one, teachers, lecturers, participants, hotel staff, has contributed in her or his specific way to make this visit a meaningful inner and outer trip. Thank you all!
